UAE Domestic Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

International Delivery

International shipping timelines vary by destination and customs clearance requirements. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Delivery service chosen

  • Weight and size of the product

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next available business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number (where available)

6. Returns & Exchanges — General Policy

At Orfevremaison, we understand that purchasing luxury goods is a significant decision, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.

6.1 Return Policy

  1. We can not return the high end value bags like Hermes Birkin, Kelly and all type of high end jewelry
  2. Return will be acceptable when the company tag will be attached with the product
  3. ⁠Return will be accept within 3 days of the delivery locally 
  4. ⁠Internationally return will be accept within 1 week of the delivery 
  5. ⁠Internationally customer has to bear the shipping charges and we will return the amount same mode of payment
  6. There is no any exchange offer only return


7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

  4. You will receive a Return Authorization number

Items sent without Return Authorization may not be accepted.


8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis:

  • If the return is due to damage or error by Orfevremaison, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

International return shipping may require the customer to arrange shipping and bear associated costs.


9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund is issued to the original payment method

  • The refund may take 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

You will receive a notification when your refund is processed.


10. Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible depending on availability.
To request an exchange:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number

  2. Indicate the item you want to exchange

  3. Our team will check availability and advise on the next steps


11. Damage During Transit

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
